Viorel Pașca announced that he is analyzing the possibility of authorizing the center he manages as a "protected housing", after receiving the response from the Public Health Directorate (DSP) regarding the ways to legalize the activity carried out.

In a Facebook post, Pașca has requested the support of the authorities to obtain the operating license, emphasizing their responsibility in supporting vulnerable individuals. He is awaiting responses from other institutions for proposals and suggestions.

Meanwhile, the Bucharest Court of Appeal revoked the measure of judicial control in the case of Pașca and four members of his family, involved in the illegal nursing homes case in Bihor, where they were accused of forming an organized criminal group and human trafficking. This decision allows them to no longer have legal restrictions in carrying out their activities.
