The TollRo application and the associated web portal will switch to the final version on October 1, 2026, at 00:00, the National Road Infrastructure Administration Company (CNAIR) announced. Transport operators who used the pilot version will have to create new accounts and re-enter their company and vehicle data.

Switching to the production version does not involve migrating information from the pilot application. User accounts, company data, and vehicle records entered so far will not be transferred to the final system.

CNAIR recommends that operators download the TollRo application again or update it, then create a new account, complete the company identification details, and register the tractor units, trailers, and semi-trailers again.

To avoid any potential interruptions to operations, carriers are advised to prepare the company documents and fleet registration papers in advance.

The application must be downloaded exclusively from the App Store and Google Play, while the portal can be accessed through the official eToll platform.
