Three people, an employee of Distrigaz and two employees of Amproperty Construct SRL, have been detained by prosecutors in connection with the explosion in a block in the Rahova neighborhood, which occurred on October 17 and resulted in three deaths. The detainees, Mihai Burcea, Andrei Robert Soare, and George Daniel Costache, were taken to the Court of Sector 5 with a proposal for preventive arrest. Prosecutors carried out eight searches on Wednesday morning in Bucharest, Ilfov, Prahova, and Teleorman, including at the headquarters of Distrigaz and Amproperty Construct SRL. The criminal case was opened for the crime of culpable destruction, resulting in a disaster.
