The Prefect of the Capital, Andrei Nistor, convened a meeting on November 14 to clarify the situation of the street in Sector 3 built over the Transgaz pipelines, after being notified by Recorder. Nistor requested the necessary documents from the Sector 3 City Hall, but did not receive a response within the established timeframe. PNL Deputy Andrei Baciu accused the City Hall of carrying out infrastructure works without Transgaz's approval, which generates explosion risks.

The response from Transgaz confirms that the works were carried out illegally. Baciu proposed the dismantling of the unauthorized works and obtaining the necessary approvals, informing several institutions about the situation. He also submitted a Local Council resolution to initiate safety measures in collaboration with Transgaz.
