The spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Corneliu Pavel, explained that the problems were caused by the application used for convocations. The purpose of the exercise is to improve collaboration between active and reserve military personnel, as well as to test their reaction speed. Colonel Mihai Bălătețu emphasized that correct addresses are essential and that the exercise simulates a real mobilization situation.
