The incident at the MApN headquarters, which took place between August 14 and 24, paralyzed the ministry's activities, and urgent repairs were ignored. Although MApN stated that only part of the building was affected and that backup systems were activated, internal sources claim that these reserves cannot function long-term without the main supply. The ministry acknowledged that the electricity supply was gradually restored, but it only responded to requests for explanations after a month.
