Following the Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, the Donetsk region has been left without electricity, leading to the introduction of emergency power outages. The head of the military administration of the region, Filashkin, stated that electrical engineers are working intensively to restore power as soon as possible.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine announced that other regions, such as Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv, have also been affected, with consumers left without electricity due to attacks on energy facilities. Additionally, Russian forces launched a drone attack on the energy infrastructure in the Odesa region on the night of October 30-31.
