The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has issued a travel warning for Bulgaria, informing Romanian citizens about the traffic restrictions on the Giurgiu-Ruse bridge. From June 4 to 5, the bridge will be completely closed for repair works, affecting both cars and commercial vehicles.

The restrictions will be in effect on June 4, between 09:00 and 21:00 for cars and on June 4, from 09:00 until June 5, at 09:00 for trucks. Romanian citizens who are in or intend to travel to Bulgaria can request consular assistance at the phone numbers of the Romanian Embassy in Sofia. The MFA recommends planning travels according to these restrictions.
