The Ministry of Education has launched the methodology for the competition for the positions of director and deputy director in pre-university education.

The Ministry of Education and Research announced on Wednesday the launch of a public consultation for the Methodology for organizing and conducting the competition for the positions of director and deputy director in state pre-university education institutions. This methodology also applies to special education institutions and school centers for inclusive education.

Only tenured teaching staff with a minimum of 5 years of experience in education can participate in the competition. The competition consists of three tests: competency evaluation, written test, and interview. The evaluation will be conducted through an IT platform, and candidates must obtain minimum scores of 6 for the first test and 7 for the others. The school inspectorate will announce the vacant positions at least 30 days before the first test. The calendar and bibliography will be approved by an order of the Minister of Education.
