The Minister of Labor, Dragoș Pîslaru, requests clarifications from the Labor Inspection regarding the ITM Bihor controls at the Dumbrava DPG Association.

The Minister of Labor, Dragoș Pîslaru, requested the Labor Inspection to clarify the details of the control carried out by ITM Bihor over the Dumbrava DPG Association, founded by Viorel Păca.

At the request of DIICOT, ITM Bihor conducted investigations on June 30, regarding the legality of employment contracts and compliance with labor regulations. Following the inspections in July, 36 individuals were found working without contracts, which led to a fine of 1 million lei.

Pîslaru requested information about the reasons for not informing the ministry regarding DIICOT's request and the results of the inspection. Additionally, ITM Bihor reported the illegal employment of individuals to the criminal prosecution authorities.

The Dumbrava DPG Association is not listed as having authorized activity in the ITM register. Pîslaru also requested a report on similar inspections from 2014 to the present. The case has generated reactions in the public space, including from political and judicial figures.
