Vans with conspiracy messages, anti-science, anti-Ukraine, pro-China, and anti-Cezarist are parked for about two weeks in Constitution Square, in front of the Palace of Parliament. The campaign is assumed by the Corporate Transparency foundation, the same organization that previously funded conspiracy messages about the Dalai Lama, presented as the leader of a global cabal. The foundation has used at least three forms of street advertising in the last two years: trailers, billboards, and vans.
According to Snoop, the name of the "founder and financier," businessman Constantin Moroianu, owner of Cafea Fortuna, one of the largest Romanian coffee producers, recently appeared on the foundation's website. In 2025, the company had a turnover of nearly 356 million lei, a net profit of 23.4 million lei, and 156 employees, while the cumulative turnover over the last five years exceeds 245 million euros. The continuation of the investigation is published by Snoop.ro.
