New strategic investment on the coast: Inspire Asset Management, the company founded by Iulian Stanciu, becomes a shareholder in NIBIRU Real Estate, the developer of the entertainment complex in Costinești

Inspire Asset Management, the investment company founded by Iulian Stanciu, will become a shareholder in NIBIRU Real Estate, the developer of the entertainment and leisure project launched this summer in the Costinești area. The transaction is subject to approval by the Competition Council, and the financial details have not been made public.

The investment was structured in two stages: financing provided to NIBIRU during the development phase, before its launch, followed by direct participation in the company’s equity. According to data presented by the company, the first season generated more than two million visits, while together with the Beach, Please! festival, the ecosystem in the area exceeded 2.6 million visits.

NIBIRU brought together entertainment, gastronomy, sports, retail and art, and operated as a platform for dozens of operators and entrepreneurs. Several partners reported individual sales of more than one million euros during the season.

Iulian Stanciu says the investment aims to support a Romanian project with regional potential. For his part, Andrei Șelaru, NIBIRU’s CEO, says the partnership continues the collaboration that began before the project’s launch.

For 2027, NIBIRU is preparing to expand its infrastructure and the experiences it offers, as well as introduce new commercial and entertainment concepts. The project is presented as a long-term investment, with the objective of contributing to the development and repositioning of the Romanian coast.
