The investigation included three searches, one at the town hall and two at the mayor's residences. According to the Prosecutor's Office next to the Gherla Court, the mayor L.V.I. is accused of having appropriated electronic goods between 2022 and 2024 without using them for institutional purposes, which led to his detention.
