During a recent meeting, the Government approved legislative changes aimed at facilitating the integration of vulnerable individuals into the labor market, including victims of domestic violence or human trafficking. The measures include granting a subsidy of 2,250 lei/month to employers who hire such individuals, as well as free access to vocational training programs. Additionally, employers will be required to maintain the confidentiality of employees' victim status. The changes also address other aspects, such as promoting apprenticeships and the employment of students.
