Florin Manole, the Minister of Labor, stated that there will be a budget available for young people looking for their first job, who will be employed on a permanent basis. Young people will benefit from a financial incentive of 1,000 lei in the first 12 months, which will increase to 1,250 lei in the following year, provided that the employer keeps the young person employed for at least 18 months after the subsidy period. Additionally, mothers with multiple children will receive support of 2,250 lei to return to work, for a period of 12 months. These measures are part of projects funded by European funds, aimed at stimulating youth employment and supporting families with children.
