On March 1, in the Pantelimon area, a crew from the Special Intervention Brigade of the Gendarmerie intervened to immobilize two aggressive drivers who were in a conflict. The two men were threatening each other with a gun and a knife, which could have led to an escalation of violence, endangering both other road users and pedestrians. The Romanian Gendarmerie reported that, due to the rapid intervention, the situation was brought under control, and the two were taken to Police Station 9 to take the necessary legal measures. Subsequently, it was established that the gun used was an airsoft type, which clarified the nature of the threat.
