Bucharest Highway A0: 760 workers mobilized across the entire site of lot 1 North

The contractor is carrying out works on Lot 1 North of the A0 motorway, between A1 and DN1, with a length of 17.5 km. So far, 12 prefabricated beams have been erected for the overpass over CF101 Bucharest - Pitești, and next week the works will begin for the erection of 24 mixed beams and 84 pre-stressed beams for the overpass over the Colentina River.

Reinforcement of the overlay slab continues and concrete is being poured on the first sections. Earthworks are completed between DN1 and DN1A, while works between DN1A and DN7 are in the process of completion. The contractor has mobilized 760 workers and 363 machines on site. The project will be opened to traffic in two stages: the section between DN1 and DN1A in the first part of the year, and the section between DN1A, DN7, and A1 in the fall.

The North segment of the A0 motorway is divided into four lots, with signed contracts for each, and the works are progressing according to plan.
