The 10-kilometer section, built with four lanes, was completed with an investment of 239 million lei. Grindeanu emphasized the importance of continuing the funding of major infrastructure projects and mentioned that Timiș County benefits from significant investments in road infrastructure, which have been delayed for 15 years. The President of the Timiș County Council, Alfred Simonis, highlighted the progress in connecting Timișoara to the highway and the status of other infrastructure projects in the area.
