Soldier from Prahova, accused of rape and child pornography

A 27-year-old soldier from Prahova County has been charged by DIICOT prosecutors with rape and child pornography, being suspected of having sexual relations with three minors aged 12, 13, and 14 years.

The investigation revealed that the defendant allegedly requested sexual content photos from the youngest victim, keeping and sharing some of them online. Additionally, images of the 13-year-old girl, taken without her consent, were found on the man's storage devices, which were also distributed online.

The abuses reportedly took place both in the soldier's car and at the home of one of the victims. Prosecutors confiscated the storage devices from the soldier's residence, who is now in preventive custody for 30 days.
