Radu Burnete, presidential advisor, announced on Friday, after a debate described as "technical", that a new meeting on the salary law will take place next week, on Tuesday, which will be attended by the leaders of the political parties.

According to him, the parties have a few days to analyze and hold further discussions with the unions, with the occupational families within the parties about the draft salary law, which is set to be published by the Ministry of Labor on its website.

Burnete emphasized the importance of reaching an agreement to avoid financial losses from the PNRR and to create a fairer public salary framework.

"The agreement is signed between four parties. They will discuss this project. We will see next week, after these discussions, what opinions they will have. Today we only had a question-and-answer exchange and so on. No one can assume it without reading it," Burnete specified.
