The draft law published by the Ministry of Finance provides for an increase in toll rates, starting September 1, 2023. Thus, the vignette will cost €3.5 for one day, €6 for 10 days, €9.5 for 30 days, €15 for 60 days and €50 for one year. Fines for not having a valid rovinette will also vary between 500 and 1,000 lei. Fees paid before the new amounts come into force will remain valid.
