CNAIR announced that on Friday, September 26, 2025, between 08:00 and 16:00, the issuance of road user fees and tolls via SMS will experience temporary interruptions due to infrastructure upgrade works with mobile phone operators. Users can purchase the road user fee up to 30 days in advance of its validity and can pay the toll until 24:00 of the following day.
