The MAE informs that between 21-25 July, the circulation of trucks over 20 tons will be restricted in certain areas of Bulgaria due to the heat wave.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is announcing restrictions for trucks over 20 tons in Bulgaria from 21-25 July, between 13:00-21:00, due to high temperatures. Traffic will be stopped on category I, II and III roads in the regions of Vidin, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Stara Zagora, Ruse, Razgrad, Shumen and Targoviste. The measures do not apply to motorways and trucks carrying perishable or dangerous goods are exempt. Romanian citizens can request consular assistance if needed.
