In a Facebook post, Radu Oprea informed that, during the meeting of the National Tripartite Council for Social Dialogue, employers opposed the increase of the minimum wage, in contrast to the unions that supported this measure. Oprea emphasized that within the Government, opinions are divided, which complicates the decision-making process. This divergence between employers and unions reflects the existing tensions in discussions about wage policy, highlighting the difficulties in reaching a consensus that meets the needs of both employees and employers.
