The Rabla program will be officially re-launched 10 days after the adoption of the 2nd package of measures and the publication of the ministerial order for the new voucher values. The budget for individuals is 200 million lei and the technical platform and selection criteria remain unchanged. The Environment Minister also mentioned that the Green House and PNRR programs are being analyzed, given the overlaps in their financial objectives.
