The funding guidelines for RABLA 2025 have been published, offering an eco-ticket of 37,000 lei (about €7,500) for electric cars. The program has a record budget of 1.43 billion lei and aims to improve air quality by replacing old cars. Registration will be done directly in the Environmental Fund Administration's app, without intermediaries, and the program will run from 2025-2030. Beneficiaries will be able to apply for eco-tickets for the purchase of new vehicles, with limits set for individuals and public institutions.
