A new registration session for the Rabla Program 2026 starts today. Over 93 million lei are once again available to individuals.

The Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) announced that starting Tuesday at 10:00 AM, new registrations will open for individuals who have not managed to register earlier in the Rabla Auto 2026 program.

The president of AFM, Florin Bănică, stated that a sum of 93,737,000 lei, coming from previously unused funds, will be redistributed to support the renewal of the car fleet in Romania. The amount will be allocated as follows: 70,312,000 lei for new vehicles with thermal and hybrid propulsion, 20,450,000 lei for plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles, and 2,975,000 lei for electric motorcycles.

Registration will be done online, and the session will be open until December 31, 2026, or until the funds are exhausted. Beneficiaries can obtain eco-tickets of up to 18,500 lei for electric vehicles.
