Social-democrat Deputy Mihai Fifor announced that PSD will firmly request, within the coalition, the immediate formation of a mixed working group to address the issue of judges' pensions. He criticized Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan for refusing to collaborate and for the poor management of this issue, emphasizing that this refusal could lead to the blocking of funds from PNRR.

Fifor stated that Romania needs solutions and real dialogue, not "demonstrations of strength". He emphasized that the pride of a single person should not hinder the progress of the country and called on the Prime Minister to understand the importance of collaborating with coalition partners and the judiciary system. PSD believes it is essential to avoid a new failure in front of the European Commission and that dialogue is the key to finding correct and effective solutions for Romanians.
