Mihai Fifor, PSD deputy, stated that it is essential for the CSAT to address the issue of the political deadlock generated by the dismissed Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, who has been in office for almost two months without a new validated government. In the context of the convening of a CSAT meeting by President Nicușor Dan, Fifor emphasizes that the current situation could generate strategic vulnerabilities for Romania, especially considering the presence of the dismissed ministers at the NATO Summit. He warns that Bolojan's actions could affect the country's economic resilience, which represents an exceptional severity. Fifor states that the political deadlock is not just a problem of political conflict, but a situation that requires serious analysis from state institutions, emphasizing that Romania must urgently return to its constitutional framework. The CSAT is called to clarify whether there is a coordinated action that undermines the fundamental interests of the Romanian state.
