Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan stated that if the unified salary law is not adopted, the responsibility will fall on the PSD.

He emphasized that without this law, the Government will face significant pressures regarding salary indexing, which will lead to inequalities in the budgetary system. Bolojan mentioned that as time passes, the chances of adopting the law decrease, with a deadline until next month.

He highlighted the importance of this project for Romania's financial stability and warned that if financial commitments are not respected, the situation will become complicated for both the public and private sectors. The Prime Minister concluded that if the milestone of the salary law is not met, the PSD will be considered responsible for blocking it, which will affect the government's credibility.
