<p>Bogdan Peșchir, arrested for 30 days, is accused of influencing voters in favor of Călin Georgescu, through donations on TikTok worth more than $ 879,000. Protesters gathered in front of the Central Arrest of the Capital Police to demand his release. Peșchir, who made substantial transfers and payments, was arrested based on evidence from his phone, and his lawyers are contesting the arrest, claiming lack of clear evidence.
