St. Pantelimon Hospital in Bucharest can no longer receive patients in the UPU due to faults in the electrical and computer system.

The problems arose after a bur burst water pipe led to water entering the neonatology ward and the UPU. The electricity supply is disrupted and the computer system is down. Patients are being redirected to other hospitals in the area and the hospital management hopes to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
