Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced at a press conference that all government structures are on alert due to the closure of airspaces by various countries, which affects flights to and from these regions. Bolojan emphasized the importance of maintaining contact with Romanian citizens in these countries through embassies, to inform them about the situation and to find solutions for their repatriation when possible.

Additionally, the prime minister assured that embassy staff are in good condition and are fulfilling their duty to support Romanian citizens. In the regional context, Bolojan mentioned that the United States and Israel have attacked Iran, and Tehran has threatened retaliation, which further complicates the situation.
