The Praid Local Committee for Emergency Situations has decided to extend the state of alert for another 30 days, starting July 8, due to the flooding that has affected the local salt works. The measures include mobilizing resources to divert the Corund stream, informing the population about the situation and prohibiting access to the affected areas. The state of alert was initially put in place on May 8, and the diversion works are delayed due to the complexity of the project.
