A serious incident occurred in Constanța, where a 21-year-old police officer, while off duty and under the influence of alcohol, caused a traffic accident. He hit a car in a roundabout, sending it into a pole, and continued to hit two other parked vehicles before fleeing the scene. Three women in the struck vehicle were injured, sustaining minor traumas, and were transported to the hospital for investigations. The officer was later identified and tested with a breathalyzer, with a result of 0.72 mg/l of pure alcohol. Although he has no prior offenses, he risks ruining his career due to this incident, as he is being investigated while free.
