A serious incident occurred in Constanța, where a 21-year-old police officer, while off duty and under the influence of alcohol, caused a traffic accident. He hit a car in a roundabout, sending it into a pole, and continued to hit two other parked vehicles before fleeing the scene. Three women in the struck vehicle were injured, sustaining minor traumas, and were transported to the hospital for investigations.
