In November, Sector 1 of Bucharest will benefit from over 850 new parking spaces, arranged on various streets

The local authorities of Sector 1 of Bucharest announce the arrangement of over 850 new parking spaces by the end of November. The works will begin on Plutașilor Street and the modifications will be as follows: Prometeu St. – 63 spaces, Golovița St. – 127 spaces, Bauxitei St. – 142 spaces, Mihai Viteazul St. – 144 spaces, Petru și Pavel St. – 184 spaces, Ștefan Magheru St. – 15 spaces. Vehicle owners will be informed in advance about the interventions to avoid towing of cars. Sector 1 currently has 10,544 residential parking spaces, and in the last year, 549 spaces have been arranged. Additionally, the arrangement of another 300 spaces and over 6,000 spaces for the next year is planned. All parking spaces will be managed digitally through an online platform, which is in the final testing phase.
