President Nicușor Dan will ask the Parliament to re-examine the anti-fascism law, after the CCR rejected his unconstitutionality complaint.

Nicușor Dan, the president of Bucharest, plans to ask for a re-examination of the law banning fascist, legionary, racist or xenophobic organizations and symbols, after the Constitutional Court rejected his appeal on its unconstitutionality. He says that Romania is a democratic state with diverse opinions and that he will maintain his position, sending the law to Parliament within 10 days of finalizing the drafting.
