Stelian Bujduveanu, the interim mayor of the Capital, stated that he has had meetings with local authorities to implement measures aimed at easing traffic at the beginning of the school year. Local Police teams will monitor intersections and areas around schools, and parking will be temporarily removed in areas with construction work. Mandatory turn lanes will be created at busy intersections, and quick interventions will be made in areas with blockages to support parents and students in the first days of school.
