The incident occurred on the night of February 18, 2026, when the police attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver fled, being pursued for several kilometers. During the chase, the man slightly grazed the police vehicle, causing only scratches.

After the incident, he entered the yard of a house and fled, but was later identified by the police. Checks revealed that his license had been revoked since 2021, and the car belonged to a relative, with the technical inspection and insurance expired. The man is being investigated for several offenses, and the police have opened a criminal case. Under the coordination of the prosecutor, his detention for 24 hours was ordered.
