A man was identified and handcuffed by police the following night after one of the owners of the damaged belongings filed a complaint. The suspect is being investigated for property damage after allegedly causing losses, while footage captured by surveillance cameras contributed to his identification.

Police located him shortly afterward as he was walking through another neighborhood and restrained him. Investigators are now examining the circumstances in which the incident occurred and will determine the extent of the damage.

For property damage, the law provides for a criminal fine or imprisonment of up to two years, depending on the specific circumstances and the damage established. The man could not be contacted to provide his side of the story. The investigation continues, and the suspect benefits from the presumption of innocence until a final court ruling is issued.
