On October 30, police officers from the Weapons, Explosives and Dangerous Substances Service of IPJ Cluj caught a 28-year-old man from Turda while he was trying to sell a 9 mm caliber pistol, without a serial number and without authorization, for the sum of 1,200 euros. The non-lethal weapon was confiscated by the authorities for further investigation. After the evidence was administered, the young man was detained for 24 hours. On October 31, he was presented to the case prosecutor at the Turda Court, who ordered judicial control for a period of 60 days.
