A man from Prahova County was arrested preventively after he assaulted a police officer.

A violent incident took place on November 9 in a restaurant in the Gura Vitioarei commune, Prahova County, where a 52-year-old man caused a disturbance. The police were called to intervene, and at the scene, the aggressor became unruly, threatening the officers with death and hitting one of the agents in the face with his head.

The man was initially detained for 24 hours, and later he was placed in preventive arrest for 30 days, being charged with disturbing public order and two counts of assaulting a police officer. The authorities emphasized the seriousness of his aggressive behavior.
