The woman, aged 45, reported to the police on October 30, stating that she was hit by her ex-husband and threatened with a compressed air weapon, which caused her intense fear. The police, after assessing the risk, issued a temporary protection order for 5 days, considering that the victim's life was in danger. The weapon used in the threat was identified and seized for examination. The man is to be presented to the court with a proposal for preventive detention.
