An incident in traffic occurred on Murelor Street in Constanța, where a 47-year-old man caused damage to a car belonging to another 35-year-old man. The spontaneous conflict escalated, and upon the arrival of the police, the man exhibited unruly behavior, which is why he was restrained. The officers from Section 2 were notified via a 112 call and opened a criminal case for the offense of destruction. Investigations are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
