43-year-old man, arrested in Constanța for sexual corruption of a minor

A 43-year-old man is being investigated for sexual corruption, recruiting minors for sexual purposes, and child pornography, after allegedly sending explicit content to a 13-year-old girl. Police officers from the Constanța Organized Crime Fighting Brigade, together with D.I.I.C.O.T. prosecutors, have documented his criminal activity, which is said to have taken place between March 16 and March 27, 2026.

The man allegedly sent the minor images and videos with explicit sexual content and incited her to commit sexual acts. He also allegedly asked her to send him images in sexual poses and proposed meetings to engage in sexual relations. The prosecutors ordered his detention, and the Constanța Tribunal decided on preventive arrest for 30 days.
