Romanian police have detained a 41-year-old man in Bucharest, in flagrante delicto, with 9 kg of cannabis and 400 grams of cannabis resin, packed in bags. The drugs were brought from Spain by an international courier company. The man is being investigated for international and domestic trafficking of risk drugs and has been remanded in custody for 30 days.
