Lucian Romașcanu, president of Buzău's CJ, resigns from all political functions to take up a mandate at the European Court of Auditors

Lucian Romașcanu has announced that he is retiring from public life and resigning from all political posts before becoming a member of the European Court of Auditors. The decision follows a positive opinion from the European Parliament's Budgetary Control Committee. Mr. Romașcanu will start a new professional chapter in July, ensuring that he will meet all the requirements of integrity and independence required by his new position.
