The Metropolitanate of Muntenia and Dobrogea has revoked the right of His Eminence Teodosie to grant blessings for hiring and promotions in the Faculty of Theology at "Ovidius" University in Constanța, according to Info Sud-Est.

From now on, at the time when hiring or promotions will take place in the Faculty of Theology, the blessing will be given by the Metropolitan of Muntenia and Dobrogea, namely Patriarch Daniel.
