In July 2025, the number of recipients of service pensions has reached 11,710, the majority of whom are prosecutors and judges.

According to CNPP data, the total number of service pension recipients increased by 25 in July 2025 to 11,710. Most pensioners are among prosecutors and judges, with an average pension of 25,283 lei. Other beneficiaries include members of the diplomatic corps, parliamentary civil servants and specialized auxiliary staff, each with varying average pensions, with the majority coming from the State Social Insurance Budget.
