The National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR) announced that the abundant precipitation has led to water accumulation, which has hindered access for machinery to continue the work. CNAIR representatives are monitoring the situation and have stated that work will resume as soon as the water recedes and the ground is stabilized. This situation highlights the impact of weather on infrastructure projects, and CNAIR is committed to effectively managing the issues that arise.
